Sales Manager


  •  Communication with potential customers (identification of needs, presentation of services, work with objections, closing deals)
  •  Search for new clients by ICP through special platforms (upwork, linkedin)
  •  Cold outreach
  •  Working with warm leads
  •  Working with CRM
  •  Developing and maintaining relationships with current clients
  • Conducting upsale
  • Identification of negative aspects of quality to improve sales process
  • Business trips to various conferences, networking


  •  Sales experience (not necessarily IT)
  •  Fluent English (verbal and oral)
  •  Excellent communication skills, friendly attitude
  •  Strong negotiations and presentations skills
  •  Deep understanding of IT business
  • Client-oriented approach, the ability to understand clients needs
  • Aspiration to achieving goals
  • Proactivity


  •  Understanding of SDLC
  •  Good self-management and ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  •  Successful experience in B2B sales
  •  Knowing and applying sales techniques
  •  Understanding of marketing and IT trends
  •  CRM experience (Hubspot preferably)
