Middle DevOps Engineer


  • 3+ years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer;
  • Familiarity with SDLC lifecycle, Agile software methodologies;
  • Good experience with Linux;
  • Strong knowledge of Bash scripting, basic Python skills;
  • Experience implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery with GitLab CI;
  • Solid AWS experience;
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes, Helm Chart;
  • ArgoCD (deployment automation & management of Kubernetes resources);
  • Current system is based on microservices and runs on Kubernetes using the GitOps approach with ArgoCD;
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform);
  • Experience with Configuration management tools (Ansible);
  • Network troubleshooting and configuration skills;
  • Experience deploying and managing observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana;
  • Working knowledge of the TCP/IP stack, routing, and load balancing technologies;
  • Basic knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases;
  • Hands-on experience with Git as a version control;
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.


  • Building and setting up new development tools and cloud infrastructure (AWS);
  • Automate use of cloud technologies through IaC tools such as Terraform;
  • Implementing, configuration and deployment using Ansible;
  • Automate, optimizing CI/CD (using tools like Gitlab) and other processes on a project;
  • Analysis and monitoring of logs, network troubleshooting etc;
  • Maintain existed environments with Kubernetes clusters and automate creating new ones (create, maintain and improve helm charts);
  • Improve the processes that software engineers use to build and deploy their software in production;
  • Participate in the company pre-sale process during adding new projects;
  • Work in a team of other developers, and share knowledge (help to developers with infra questions).
